Yes, you may go inside the store now. If you need assistance you are asked to sign in at a kiosk but shopping has resumed.
They never answer. I honestly had to keep calling and doing different options until someone answered. I forget if someone actually did answered
Yes there is. Far back right corner after walking in.
Practice social distancing and wear a mask covering.
Best Buy does offer a free recycling program for old electronics, cell phones included. But they don't have any sort of partnership with any charitable organizations for donation.
Yes
Disappointed. Defect in left ear bud. Had to swap it for another one while under warranty. Same problem in 2nd one. Won't pair with my Amazon tablet. Otherwise, great mic and sound.
Yes.
Curbside make sure you have receipts
I'm not sure if they do this kind of work. It would be nice if you ask directly at the store.
You can call first to see if they do this type of work, I'm not sure.
If you bought the phone at Best Buy, they will be responsible for it otherwise, take it to a specialized technical service.
I suggest contacting Best Buy's Geek Squad team about these specific devices. They should have info for you regarding product compatibility, and how to set up these devices for this function if possible.
I don't know, I only shop there.
Don't know anything about it
Just curious. Was the information given helpful about geek squad
Another opions would be to get a 39 inch element tv from Walmart if all else doesn't work.
Look that up online at their site, or you could find a number to call and ask a tech about specific brand names, they're very helpful there
I think the best thing and I'm pretty sure you need to get in touch with the company who has your warranty and file a claim and if everything is ok they will ship you a replacement in 1 to 2 business days. That's how mine went both times. Good luck!!
They do sell those cams, but not a lot of choice.
