Ditto. Great take-out food, but it will NOT be what you ordered. NEVER let them put you on hold; you can drive there faster.

I see a common theme in the review threads...Have the service issues at this restaurant changed for the better since last year?

I never had a problem with the food or service. All the food is fresh and made to order. Not a fast food place. It is a home cooked place so it takes longer than pre-made food.
