The tour is totally worth the price. Tour is 45 minutes with stairs. I have bad knees and did just fine.

It's open to anyone. They space the people by limiting the numbers on the tours. You have to wear a mask in the gift shop and on the tour.

Open to the public. Be advised that this involves a lot of walking, including steps. Masks are required. The tour us about 45 min to 1 hour. Very interesting and beautiful formations.
