I've always had helpful informative agents, automative payment over the phone is easy and when I've had a problem or need a remote programed I have been helped. No 100 quality. And, so far I haven't had any problems with my Spectrum streaming in different devices when I'm not at home. Next, time gang up and get someone else that might have worked there longer...
