They do, technically, produce pizza. And yes, it's major chain pizza, take that as you will-- this rating is within that category. I can't remember the last business of any kind I've been in where the employees so clearly couldn't care less about their job, though. Just visited for a pickup order (another person already waiting to be helped) and fully 7 staff members stood around not doing anything, and those apparently staffing the front counter ignored those in line while comparing video game graphics on two of their phones (at the front counter). The last time I was in here (I keep it to seldom) the staff member working the front counter told me my order was being prepped at that time. After another 20 minutes she went over to the staff making pizzas and asked them to restart my order-- she'd given my pizza to an coworker who was leaving at the end of their shift (after I was already standing right there waiting for it, there was no mix-up there). These are both pretty representative examples of what you'll encounter there. If you want to maybe get your order in an hour and everywhere else nearby is already closed for the night, here ya go.
