What kind of dogs? The Carroll County Animal Shelter is filthy so I would definitley not recommend taking your babies there! We adopted our kitten from there a few months back and she had the worst diarrhea for almost 3 weeks! Theres some sort or disease floating around in that place! They dont clean as they should so theres feces everywhere...even where the animals sleep! Good luck finding homes for your babies!
The pound will charge u $25 to turn them in my best suggestion would be post on Facebook or call the shelter they may know some rescues that could help
