Why is it that at the 24hr location in Seneca, SC at 4:40 am I'm getting told that they aren't able to make a mocha frappe during this time and to come back later. But yet I go ten min up the rd to the Clemson location and they could?? Never again!

Call the seneca manager in the morning and talk with them

The machine has to be cleaned around 3-4am (depending on how new machine is). Depending on how busy they were could me they didn’t get to it in that time frame or the crew didn’t know how to clean it. The frappe machine is a beast to clean. what day did you go too? That explains some things because most of the machines have to be cleaned near the end of the week.

Cause the one in Clemson is much better. Every McDonald's i stop at is always unable to make a hot mocha. But Clemson always come thru for me

All locations make make frappes West Union Seneca and Clemson they are all owned by the same owner
