I had a similar experience, so i wrote to the company, whose information was on my receipt. The next time went there, the atmosphere had completely changed, that is, my problem had been addressed by the powers that be. I now give them a 5 star review.
Just try to be polite or give a bad report on the location
I would contact the corporate office. And tell them what is going on. And put a bad review on that location. Sometimes that works.
