Terrible service every morning this week. Grumpy staff. Today the lady actually argued with me, and told me theres extra charges for cream and liquid sugar in an iced/cold brew coffee. After it was ordered with cream and liquid sugar. I had to ask for the manager just to get cream/half and half. If you hate your job, find a new one. Plenty of places are hiring these days. There is zero excuse for this. Starbucks should really revisit their staffing at this location.

Do not order through app if you don't know where this is. It's supposedly inside a hospital, but there's no parking anywhere near the place. Google Maps takes you to the hospital entrance, which you definitely can't park at. I ordered through the app and I legit just lost 5 dollars. I'm never getting that cup of coffee. Best case scenario, I could've found a place to park about a 10 minute walk away, walked to the hospital, pestered some hospital employee to find the damn Starbucks, etc. You get the idea. This legitimately worsened my day. Stupidity all the way around.
