The hours of operation are a joke. It says Monday-Friday 6 am. That's only if your lucky. Most days it is at 30 minutes to an hour late when they finally open. The owner must not care about their store.

I live in Charlotte NC visiting Durham for my nephew b/day. Went to Dunkin. service was POOR. If I could have given them a ZERO I would. The cashier was HORRIBLE. Very nasty 2 me didn't greet me am I am a secret shooter if I worked for Dunkin. she would get a zero. I had to say ur customer service is very bad I spoke to her ab poor service. BUT the white woman behind me she smile said good afternoon. Listen my money is just as green as anyone. All client should be treated with respect and should get great customer service. Can't find my receipt bc I wanted her name on this. Friday 4/22 around noon. Just horrible service.

Clean Dunkin' that was easy to access and leave from the main road. The staff very friendly and upbeat. Our orders were taken right away. Our coffees were hot, fresh and made as ordered.

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The place was a bit hidden away. Make sure you walk past the USPS store. The store is hidden very well.
