If you don't need to have it emptied quickly, the 1/2 hp cast iron transfer pump at Harbor Freight would do the job fairly cheaply. If will take about a full day, but, like I said, fairly cheap.
I sure harbor freight has a sump pump that would do it i would just go there and ask them
