Work hard everyday and can't even get a small house over a credit score? People must be idiots to have a good credit score and still rent ..how about rental history and thorough background checks to still give people a chance, instead of denying them over a past car loan or something stupid. Save your time unless your credit is good enough for a loan from a bank. Hurd is not the word.

They don't know about it then. They never come on your property. I live on one of their properties and never do I see them unless I call for maintenance

No. These are (from what I know of) rental houses. Yearly lease and monthly rent.
You don't have to have perfect credit and they're good people there, just talk with them.
