I would highly recommend going to a different Verizon store. I got an IPhone last Thursday and the setup wouldn’t work, wasted 45 minutes attempting to get it to work at home before wasting another hour and half at the store. Instead of calling Corporate to verify if it was an Apple server issue as I asked upon arrival they wanted to keep troubleshooting vs. asking the true experts. The associate said he’d be sure to refund me the $35 upgrade fee for my troubles, but then his manager Brenda Trujillo refused to honor the refund. She shrugged it off as not her problem refusing to take an accountability for my wasted time. As someone who has been with Verizon for over 20 years in total this wasn’t the customer service I would have expected.

Went to simply get added to a like with my wife. We approached initially hostile and left us with questions but we did the needed tasks told to us. Came back aggressively approached us once we entered the store. Wasn't just one employee but the entire store which was shocking. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced at any establishment. Best thing about this store was there being an AT&T store right next door. Needless to say, no longer a Verizon customer, much better service at AT&T, more willing to work with us, answered our questions, and we're patient with us. Never again Verizon because of these employees.
