Ordered a pair of shoes on 11/ 5 in store was supposed to be in on 11/9 received calls to pick up item just to be informed it was an error it was 11/11 a week later and still not received. Requested a refund for my shoes and was informed that I had to wait until my shoe came in even though the same shoe exact color, make, and model was in the store for another customer whom ordered it on 11/10. Receipt states refund can be given in store nothing about item being there to receive it

Does this location sell Arm guards, and gloves? If so, are they heavy duty, or just thin gloves? I'll be hitting Concrete and Asphalt a lot. P.S. I'm not punching the ground. I'm just trying to improve my skating skills.
