I will recommend Ames raw honey. Ames doesn't have organic licence but I had the opportunity to get it tested in Europe for its purity. That was in 2015. They tested for the composition of the honey. Tested for arsenic, vapor as in humidity level, carbohydrates, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, vitamin E, B, C and K. The lab was EU government approved lab as I was involved in agriculture export. We had to get anything sent out tested before shipment so it was easy for me to get anything tested. Result: It was pure flower nectar honey with no arsenic, mineral ratio of calcium phosphorus and potassium was was rich, 13 different organic acids referenced giving honey it's aroma smell. 100gr sample tested 87mg of 17 types of amino acids. Vitamin E, B, C and K were in the expected range. Anyway the test passed EU export/import standards.
