The Rivercentre Ramp is closed. The st.paul Hotel Ramp or science museum ramp are the closest!
There is a ramp across the park connected to The St. Paul hotel. I think there is also one for Landmark Center which is also close.
Rivercenter ramp if there is not a big event happening at the Xcel Center. Be sure to check the schedule for the X, because traffic and parking can be difficult if there is something going on there.
