It has all the basics (plus more) and the gym is kept very clean. My main complaints are the Saturday & Sunday hours are limited (not best for us later risers) and some of the equipment is becoming a bit dated.... I also wish there were more classes, but for the price I think it's a good value. You may be able to get a discount through your health insurance as well, since they are connected with the main programs out there.

Our Health & Fitness Center is open with limited hours (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) on these days: Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Hi Catrina! We offer Kids Care for our gym members and there are child care options as needed/available within our programs, however we do not have a general daycare/child care program open to the public.

Hi Kimberley! SilverSneakers allows you to go to any participating gym, and to as many participating gyms as you would like. If you're a SilverSneakers member we just do need you to sign some paperwork for a membership when you come in, but you can belong to as many participating gyms as you would like!
Hello! In keeping with our values of creating inclusive and welcoming environments in all of our service areas, YWCA St. Paul Health & Fitness Center offers three family/all gender locker rooms, which include a shower, lockers and a toilet. People have the choice to use the restroom or changing rooms that best align with their gender identity or these private spaces.
I have an 8 year old. We use the kidscare for him Saturday morning and Some Tuesday nights. The exact hours you would have to call.
