I would say yes considering how many I see there. But safe bet would be to ask first.
I always call the Walmart before driving there about overnight parking and, when i get there, i go inside to ask a supervisor directly. Common courtesy.
Wal-Mart is typically RV friendly unless it's a bad neighborhood. Wytheville should be ok.
There are always some RVs there at night but I don't know if you need permission from Walmart or the owner of the complex to do that. I'd suggest calling or speaking with someone in customer service before hand.
