Welcome to the world of digital reviews and instant gratification. FFC most certainly does not deserve the poor reviews that it has received I can tell you that 100% certaintity. They have been my PCP for well over 15 years now and I have zero complaints. I was sick and tired of doctors that did not have time for the patient and did not listen, this is NOT the case with FFC. I feel very lucky to have doctor Susan Griffin as my PCP and Ethan Miller as backup. They never rush the time spent with patients, thus, you might have a little more time to wait and I am fine with that! Maybe my experience is better because I let the doctors do their job and I treat everyone with respect.

Providers and staff do not follow up. They order tests and call meds in to your pharmacy without ever calling you to discuss findings or have you schedule an appointment to educate you on conditions and prescriptions. It takes weeks for anyone to fulfill a simple request such as giving a referral to a specialist. I learned more about a family member’s issue during a 20 minute browse of publicly available medical studies than she has in 4 months of visits here for a very common health problem. Many of the staff had masks on incorrectly, which they should have been wearing around someone with a respiratory issue anyways, Covid or not. Their billing system is predatory by putting people into “tiers” based on their health problems, two of which were made up out of thin air.

Absolutely DO NOT go here - especially with a child. I took my 22 month old toddler there because she was lethargic and not eating. Dr. Miller told me that the change in altitude (we are from Kentucky) messed her up and her ears needed to “pop”. He gave her medicine that had three ingredients, one of which I just found out from a pediatric RN at the ER is not safe for children. He prescribed my toddler medicine that wasn’t safe for her, and it sent her into diabetic keto acidosis. Obviously the medicine did not cause her to have diabetes, but the nurses told us it made her condition MUCH worse. I am honestly soooo LIVID. Please for the love of everything do not do not take your child here. Not to mention the fact we waited for over an hour to be seen with a sick screaming child. AND HE (THE DOCTOR) CAME IN WITH NO MASK ON! I have never been so unhappy with a medical care facility.

Is Susan Griffin a good doctor?

Susan took her time with my self and the other 4 members in my family we came in for the flu and she answered our question and took the time to tell us about her cattle and band she has after we were done with our appointment. Great doctors here I've seen 5 different nurses and the whole staff works well together while really caring for us.
