If an auction listing is false - misrepresentation of the item as a genuine article and it is a knock-off, is there any recourse to the auction house? Also, if an item is listed without disclosing missing parts & something is not working properly?

Please contact us using the contact tab if you feel an item was misrepresented. We can get you in touch with the managing affiliate to discuss.

Nope. Buyer is responsible for inspecting item before bidding. It's happened to me. Item was misrepresented, but K-Bid did nothing.
