I am really disappointed with the lack of communication from Steve and his shipping department. I won three lots from an auction he did at the end of March. Initially, communication was great. I heard from the shipping department a day or two after the auction was over and they said they could either ship my items or deliver, but they would look into pricing and get back to me on which was cheaper. After almost a month, I reached out. The head of shipping told me that the delivery driver would get my stuff to me in the next two weeks. I said okay and gave them the two weeks. Since I had heard nothing again, I reached out and was told the delivery wasn’t possible so he would have to ship them out via FedEx. I waited another week and a half, making my total wait time two months, before I reached out again to see where we were at, and I was told boxes were on the way to them. Finally, on June 2nd, my items were shipped out. I asked the shipping guy if I could get some sort of reimbursement for my waiting and he said he didn’t think it would be possible. I sent an email to Steve asking the same thing, and I have not heard back from him. On the positive side, my items were packaged very well and came in with very little to no damage. I am very cautious about wanting to buy through them again because of this experience.

I bought some African Taxidermy from Steve Chupp Auctions this month. The auction house was very responsive and professional. Based on my experience with Steve Chump Auctions I can highly recommend the Auction House. Really the transaction could not have been smoother.
