Hi Jack, I don't work for Metal Supermarkets, but I have purchased from them several times. Yes, they do sell to the public, yes they offer cut to length pieces, and I'm not aware of any minimum charge. I would recommend giving them a call if you have a specific type of metal and length to ensure that they have it, but odds are very good they will, or can order it for you. They're great people to work with.
No minimum purchase required. They even have a whole section of cut-offs that are sold at a greatly reduced price.
