I work at this Best Buy and I know we have two designated Apple experts on staff. They aren't always available on site, but they know almost all there is to know about Apple products. They work around the "Apple Pad" - Look for the big , grey and white Apple signs near the computers section.
Depending on the severity of your problem, yes. Some problems go beyond the scope of what either the mobile department or Geek Squad can handle but that doesn't happen very often.
