WOW how wrong are you? And RUDE. That's not a bad place in fact it's a small community that's actually full of activities and they have security and other amenities that keeps them busy. Most of the residents keep to themselves or sit in the community room while security protects the building. Just a few months ago they hosted a job fair. Your ignorance is appalling. Please educate yourself. It's NOT going anywhere and is slated to have more current upgrades.
I might be rude to you but I guarantee that I’m not the only one feeling unsafe walking by. These people are constantly outside drinking and just yesterday I walked by and it strongly smelled like weed. The creepy looks and comments and all… where do you live?????? It is disgusting and unsafe. If you want to keep the building there at least pick deserving people not ones who live off the government and spend time smoking weed, getting drunk and harassing. Oh… and throwing trash around too.
