It won't happen anytime soon. It's not on the topics table. Low income people reliant on government rent assistance primarily occupy the building. Everyone should have a place to live.
This is low income housing in a prime real estate area. Great views and 2 blocks from great food and drinks on Broad St. IDK, but I'm not going to say it'll never happen but if it does the city of Augusta will catch hell because there isn't enough low income housing. This is probably one of the best because of the view and management that works their butts off to make sure it's safe and clean.
It's possible, because the city cares more about money than humanity.
