The Team in the office is so nice. All of them. But my only issue is that they knew MY VOUCHER was 605 only and I put it IN OVER 2 weeks ago and I'm waiting on the good news and now they saying that I didn't approve VOUCHER not enough. I'm so hurt because I got to move and MY VOUCHER expired as well but GOd sybil Reed

It won't happen anytime soon. It's not on the topics table. Low income people reliant on government rent assistance primarily occupy the building. Everyone should have a place to live.

WOW how wrong are you? And RUDE. That's not a bad place in fact it's a small community that's actually full of activities and they have security and other amenities that keeps them busy. Most of the residents keep to themselves or sit in the community room while security protects the building. Just a few months ago they hosted a job fair. Your ignorance is appalling. Please educate yourself. It's NOT going anywhere and is slated to have more current upgrades.

They don't currently offer furnished apartments. However, social and charitable entities will sometimes offer to furnish your place with the caveat that you relinquish the furniture in good condition once you move.
There are only 1 bedroom units which come in different sizes. The studio style is the smallest at appx 350 sq ft and the rent for this is appx 615 including all utilities. The deposit will likely depend on your rental history/ credit score. It may be 1 months upfront as the fee.
