Just set everything up through email & try to give as many details as possible so they know what they are going to be looking at when you arrive so they can tell you if are a drop off or if it's something they can fix on the spot. I went there with what I thought was going to be a case we're I'd be leaving my scooter there & coming back in a few days to pick it up, but since I told them I had come from over an hour away upstate, they told me to hang out for awhile & they'd do there best to get everything fixed for me. Peter the head mechanic (in the country) was down 1 worker & he & the other mechanic that was left,(2nd best in the country)fived all of my issues (almost) in just about 2 hours & I was home riding what felt like a brand new scooter that afternoon. I still need to go back because they forget 1 small detail of my pin being stuck in the stem which isn't a big deal at all, but Peter was such a cool guy that when I forgot my hooded sweater , he sent it to me the next day 🙂
Thank you for the great question, there are no special requirements for coming in to have your scooter fixed, we can look up your order and verify transaction details with basic information about yourself. There is however unfortunately a bit of a wait usually as we are quite busy and manage our workflow with appointments. If you have any more specific questions feel free to call the number in our maps listing.
