No one picks up the phone and when they do they put you on hold. Hoping you get frustrated and hang up. Always pick up kids late. This is one of many bus services that needs new staff with customer service experience. Because office people are extremely rude !

All bus companies should shut down
This is something you need to contact the dispatcher about. Do keep in mind that there is alot of vehicle on the street these days and that leads to traffic some in which is not moving, everything is at a stand still for along time. Especially when there is on emergency vehicle blocking everything. We as bus drivers has to keep calm and drive safe to make sure your kid and each kid get home safe no matter what. But i do understand your concern and soon there will be a better way to tell where your kid is and how long it will take to reach his or her destination. The bus company and the board of education is working on such a system to put in play as we speak. I know it is frustrated but bare with the bus company a little more as we try to take away some of your frustration.
