In my limited experience every night is busy, although week nights less so. Go early to avoid a long wait. Desserts change but are a house specialty so call to find out what's available for that particular day. It's hard to leave room for dessert!
I was there at lunchtime so I have no idea about dinner time. Any dessert would be wonderful and you absolutely must leave room. Take your leftover entrees home or to the hotel. Enjoy!
