We stayed in the Econolodge in Marion. Clean comfortable room, welcoming to bikers

We stayed at the Collins Inn bed & breakfast.

The Dragon's Den is a 5 bedroom AirBnB with paved parking that caters to motorcycle and automotive enthusiasts.

You could also check Airbnb. There are several places near Tazewell that will accommodate motorcycles.

There is camping at Hungry Mother state park. There are hotels and Air B&Bs near by.

Nothing motorcycle specific. Marion is a great town with a few options. Lots of good food.
