I would guess that they are short staffed and over worked
They say they dont have enough workers to have the customer service that they should have.
Because they're on the floor helping people and face-to-face is protocol as being priority versus a phone call
No body works anymore.
Because customer service is a thing of the past.
Because they are not supplied a drool cup and a helmet.
Can't find good help 😕
