Why does Wal:Mart Abingdon manager's not care about or help customers? Very unorganized store. Need stockers and people who care. Ladies in clothing does not want to find anything. Manager did not communicate and did not want to help.

When I was there last it took me going thru two associates and a manager to assist me and that was only because the two associates didnt know and the manager was to busy looking up something on his phone but walked with me to the checkout as I was asking where something was and as I said never mind cause I noticed I was being ignored I said I will just look right here (I was at the checkout) and with his face in his phone still he said ok and kept walking. I got enjoyment because he walked into someone, so me being me I shouted I found what I was looking for now and started laughing because he was embarrassed. I will never go to the Walmart there again, the gas station is still a go to for me because of their prices. I would call the corporate office and make a complaint if you feel the need, or just let them do their thing and speak to another manager next time. I feel some of them there actually care but weed out the ones you think may not.

Its Walmart. Get names and report them. I shop ar Walmart IF I have to, other than that I shop elsewhere even if I have to pay more. Walmart employees are somewhat lazy ( not all of them )
