Rude people. A while back went here. Dr. Smith came across very rude talking about himself non stop for the entire 1 hour long exam, but wont listen to you. Very un Doctor like. They made a mistakes by making me wait forever for a prescription like 3 weeks. I understand mistakes happen, but they never apologized for it. Went to pick it up, waited 20 minutes at the desk with nobody there, while waiting I said hello to the man waiting in line behind me who looks away and ignores me. The receptionist comes out from the back and says "I'm eating". No apologies. I have been nothing but a gentleman during the entire process and get crapped on for it. Never raised my voice at them and watched my manners. The old women working the glasses center is a also insanely rude, I began to look around to see if I'm on some hidden camera show called the Twilight Zone. What is with this place or is this how the culture is in Abingdon, VA?
