It's according to the group size and how fast everyone moves. I've seen people do all three in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, and I've seen it take 3 to 3 1/2 hours. No matter how long it takes, I would suggest doing all three levels if possible. It's certainly worth the time and money.
It's not too far away though just cross the street from where the other levels are they take you in a van because of traffic on that road so you don't have to dodge cars had a zipline across the road with Parks permission but Georgia. Said it could not be above a Georgia DOT Road for some reason even if it was 75 feet in the air I couldn't be seen..
Also, to add to Austin's review, the third course is not near the other two courses. They have to take you there in their van.
