The cost of this ride ($25 per person) was not worth it. The ride was around one block and after giving us 2 other places to find, the driver did not tell us anything about Helen until we asked. When the driver did answer he did not turn toward us so we could hardly hear what he was saying. The driver was taking phone calls during our ride, booking other people. It was definitely not an experience worth having. Response to question below- We rode on September 28th. The photos, address and descriptions including the dog riding along fit perfectly. If you don't charge $25 per person, then you shouldn't have taken $25 each from my friend and I.

My fiancé and I had a great ride in the carriage. The horse was a beautiful draft boy! The driver was great and friendly and his two little dog companions were adorable. I also got to feed the horse his treat at the end of the ride. Loved it! Will definitely ride again.

We had a great time during this ride. We do wish it was a bit longer than it was, however it was great. The guide was wonderful in telling us about Helen and some great things to do in and near the area. His dogs were also adorable! We were able to give the horse a carrot after the ride as he deserved that treat for such a great job he done. I belive his name was Kiser. Would recommend for something quick for the experience if never done before. It was $10 for adults, not sure about kids. And the ride lasted about 15 minutes.
