It has had central air for a few years now and it is income based or should i say was its is under new management and idk what they are going to do hopefully more than the old management did i see some ignorant comments about it but its not true tbh yes like any apt complex there are and will be a select few who are less than pleasant but you will also meet great people if you're open minded and actually try to get to know someone Hope this helped a little I can answer any other questions if i notice them Later gators 😎
