We took a group of 10 year olds and had a blast. There were a few adults to assist but still they were able to figure out quite a bit on thier own. The difficulty level is usually include when researching the room. :)
Depends on the room, and their ability to group think..
It would probably be quite the challenge but they give you hints if you get stuck and there a lot of cool effects that age group would enjoy. As long as they can think outside the box, they should be fine
The difficult room might be too much but we did the middle one and I think 12 years would be okay. They do give hints as needed but it's not too difficult. Especially if they're creative and can work through problems, it will be a great experience.
Depends on the kids. I'd say its possible but only if they are really into it
