We had a great time at Puzzle Effect!! It was my first time doing an escape room, so I had no idea what to expect. The puzzle, Amnesia, was just the right amount of difficulty and so fun!! Jenna was great! I had to change my appointment several times and she was so accommodating and was working the night we came. She was cheerful and very professional. We had such a great time that we already scheduled another one!

What a fun, wonderful place! Our family has done three of their rooms and they have all been challenging but fair. The new Amnesia room is great! What great memories.

KY was amazing! Great professionalism, welcoming personality, very entertaining! The Grimm Room was exciting, challenging and extremely fun! We Escaped!!! Great team building event. Everyone had a good time. We all want to come back! Best price in the valley!

Loved this place for our first two escape rooms! We did Emerald Seas and Grim Stacks. ES is rated harder but we thought it was easier than GS. Alex was great to work with and gave us clues at just the right time. Will definitely be back!

You have to have at least one person who is 18+
We took a group of 10 year olds and had a blast. There were a few adults to assist but still they were able to figure out quite a bit on thier own. The difficulty level is usually include when researching the room. :)
The best method is to go with a group of your buddies, makes it more fun. Yes reserve ahead.
