We have been waiting all day for our package that needed to be signed for. The driver didn't even drive down our street, she walked, went to the farthest side door not even our front door, walking past us and would have seen us in the living room and barely tapped on the door and already was writing not here by the time I realized someone was at the back door. Almost like she planned it like that knowing what was in the box. When we asked her about it she said she wasn't sure if she could turn around at the end of the street, we have plenty of delivery trucks go up and down our street. She didn't even get our signature she just asked for a name and didn't even check and just walked away. How does she even know that we are the ones getting the package. The whole thing was just weird.

Never open and delivery person for my area is an a**. Says he/she has attempted to deliver however package(s) don’t arrive until third attempt. This has happened on three of the last separate orders. Pretty sure it’s being done on purpose!

Package marked out for delivery today. At 930+pm, marked online as "delivery attempted." There was no delivery attempted. There was someone, and a barking dog, here all day long. There is also no notice. UPS will respond with a stock answer that they are sorry. This is not the first time this has happened, and UPS doesn't know the meaning of an apology-they are just throwing it out there, same one every time, to pretend that they are responsive. Below, UPS delivers the apology anticipated above. This is in response to that. You have my name, the UPS Service Center that I am complaining about, and the date of delivery, April 15. How about you look it up? It can't be that hard. Not every person is on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. I am not. How about a phone number or an email address that works, that people can reach you on? That would be too easy to make contact, right? Better to have those walls up.

This location has lost multiple packages after failing to deliver them after they was put on the trucks for delivery and then taken back to the facility. I have lost nearly $1000.00 worth of products in the past 60 days and still have not gotten my shipments nor have I Been compensated in any way for the items lost, I would suggest asking anyone that is shipping you something to insure it and send it though the USpostal service . This ups location is useless and only open for walk in pick ups from 9am to 10am . Never again will I have anything shipped that needs to go through this facility. I'm not sure if property is being stolen by drivers then they claim it was returned to the building or what's going on but seems fishy to me.

I believe so, right after you get a delivery coming message from UPS. Usually a few days b4 actual delivery
Agreed that customer service is much more friendlier than FedEx.
Hours were 9 to 10 am as of last week. Possibly extended to other morning hours if you call.

Best way is to install UPS app and enroll. You'll be able to redirect and you'll get notification. There may be a fee to redirect however. The app will explain that.

Call the overall UPS customer service number, explain your situation and request someone from the local branch contact you. Inky way that I know of to do that.
