Pay full non sale price for two and get three of same item for free, if they have different flavors of the same item then you can mix and match. For example icecream or sodas.
You get 5 for thr price of 2. For ex: Coffee cost $7 a bag. You get 5 bags for $14 instead of $35.
This is true. The cheese is like 5 for the price of 2 half the time. The sodas are 12 packs for the same deal. However, the non sale price is like $7.50 a 12 pack, making them basically $3 a piece... which is good, however the local food lions generally sell either coke or Pepsi products where you can buy 3 for $9... and they will let you get 1 pack for $3, here you must buy to for the BOGO deals and such... they have better quality items here too... if you can afford it, it's the place to shop... you will overall spend a little more here however...
They typically run a deal on their shredded cheese every 4-6 weeks and I always stock up on various flavors. Unlike the BOGOs though, I believe you have to get 2 in order to get 3 free, as it won't give you the price per bag as if you were getting 5 bags.
