Yes. There is definitely a ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 12:30. The ceremony is about an hour long. There is a very compelling speaker who worked to identify MIAs who will give the keynote. The Memorial is at 2nd and Spruce.
That's a great question. I am truly sorry but I am not sure if there is a ceremony there. Also the Korean War Memorial is across the way from there also. So if you are down there you may want to check that out also.
