I wish I could give them 0 stars however I took my 8 month old Golden Doodle to this establishment where they skinned him and bald him out. I asked for a cut down/trim and they butchered my dog. This was his first hair cut and I am extremely disappointed. Once Sisters went to the owner to ask about this traumatic experience and the front desk worker started to curse them out and be very disrespectful. They also told multiple lies about why they actually cut my dog the way they did. The owner stated that “Carter was matted and they had no choice” without notifying the owner. I went this morning to speak with the owner and he told me “ He had a thick coat of hair and was not matted, I don’t know who said that he was matted because we never combed him out to check if he was” I paid a total of $150 for no accommodations, no refund or even half. Please don’t take your dog here. Here is what he looked like before he went and after. In addition it’s the winter time now my baby will be freezing.
