Hello Ebonee, All of the answers below are correct. Thank you to our kind community members for responding! Once you sign up for a library card yourself, you can also sign your son up for his own card. We do require a proof of address so we know you are a resident of Lackawanna County, and so we can mail your card to you. If you sign up in person, we will give you a temporary slip of paper that has your new library card number on it so you can check out an item and use the library's computers. If you sign up online through the link provided below, you will receive your library card directly through the mail (generally 7-10 days).
