The management and customer service here is extraordinary, I missed my movie and came in the next day to request another showing or refund and without any hesitation they provided what I needed. Thank you!

And that regards maybe so. But when it comes to service as you're waiting inside the theater for your drinks or whatever it is that you ordered and you're not getting your stuff for over 20 minutes it's not good

Not for me! I missed a flick because my handicapped friend got lost on his way and they told me I was not getting any consideration that the policy was no refund or re ticketing and I lost the amount of both tickets I purchased on line- I was very disappointed and now that I see this review I feel it all again. managers just depends on the mood they are in I guess...
