If you prefer to walk in, save yourself time by adding yourself to our SameDay Waitlist at DeKalbTax.org. No need to wait until you arrive to get on the list. This policy applies to all 3 locations and always has.
Is this true for the Clairmont location? I know Dresden did it that way.

No you don't need to make an appointment. They are not letting anyone wait in the building so everyone needs to wait outside. Wait time depends on when u get there. I was there last week and had to wait 2 and half hours. But the good thing is you can give the lady your name and number and she will send you a text saying how long u need to wait. And when it's ur turn u will receive another text message and you will have abt 5 minutes to show up at the door.
