Dropped my Glock 19 off this morning for a night sight install. Gun was ready for pickup by the afternoon. Well worth $25. The other nearby shop couldn’t even give me a price quote and said “the install would take a week as the gun needed to be sent to their gunsmith”. Would definitely do business with Salvo Arms again. Incredibly rude service. I was in the area looking to shop & simply called to ask where the building was. The owner answered & Told me this wasn’t the type of business that you could browse until you buy & he would prefer if I shopped online. With this mentality it’s no wonder they don’t have a store front. I’ll be shopping with a competitor. I wish I could leave 0 stars. ****** updating my review in response to the Salvo Arms response. ****** Clearly Salvo needs to be reminded that customers keep their business alive. The whole point of a store is to browse and shop. A fundamental lack of customer service skills will not be fixed by having a formal storefront with space. The lack of professionalism to call a potential customer a “keyboard warrior” after a simple google review just reinforces my 1 star review. There is also a hilarious amount of irony on Salvo’s end to call someone a keyboard warrior, while typing a response back.
