I traded in my car to a dealership but received a letter regarding a lapse in coverage for the car I no longer own. Can I come here to resolve this?

You would need to show that the vehicle was no longer owned by you at that time of the lapse.

Talk to dealer first get any paperwork that may be needed then go here. Also take paperwork of new car being insured
