I'm moving OUT - as are others. This Community requires that the Residents pay for the Community's/building's electric, gas and water bills. Yes, you share the buildings cost with the other Tenants and it can be upwards to $80 additional per mo. You will also be asked to pay an additional $1,000 for an Event Planner that doesn't exist. She left back in the Fall of 2021. The leasing girl now plans a get-together on the side twice a year. The Residents are the BEST. The Mgr, Asst Mgr, a Leasing Mgr and both Maintenance staff recently quit. The Residents had to form a Committee just to be heard.
