Whoever owns the property as of January 1 should be the recipient of the bill. If you are renting the house, then let your landlord know the bill arrived and forward it to him/her.
Contact the tax assessor and make sure the ownership records are correct. And also make sure you are receiving the appropriate qualified exemptions.
No my mean to say is that I am owner but I can not receive any concesion of primary residence,I live in it, I d,not receive any exemptions, as I am live in it,and I,m owner too,record is correct
