Why does the Admin, Nures, and staff avoid to answer how horrific injuries happen? Incident Reports are suppose to be reported and filed when it occurs.Why cover up the Elder abuse?

Scared of Lawsuits and being closed.No Compassion, care or respect for elderly just worried about losing money as they shorten life and quality of life for the residents. Just DISGUSTING. And the Administration are scared to speak up for fear of being fired.This place has to be shut down

Wow! My mom suffered the same kind of neglect! And as you, the staff wasn’t willing or able to provide info! Mr Lewis the acting Administrator actually said the CNA told 3 different stories as to how the incident happened! This facility is not at all transparent with the activities going on inside their building! But yet you are the problem when you voice concerns about the substandard care and neglect! The generic answer always given by Mr Lewis was “we are going to use this as a teaching moment”! That’s insane! They should already be educated and trained before they get on the hall!
